Partner Functions receive goals and OKRs from the Function Directors to confirm the proposed plan.
The final plan and resource allocations are locked. The plan is shared back with the Function Head and the broader team for execution.
The Function leadership team meets with partner Functions to discuss business goals and possible constraints
Function leaders review the sub-functional OKRs and goals with sub-functions to ensure they're aligned with the overarching strategy.
Function leadership sync with Sub-functional leads to share the plan, brainstorm and work out initiatives and projects to drive the Sub-functional OKRs
Subfunction leads develop OKRs to meet numeric targets based off the business goals received by the Function leadership.
Sub-function teams develop localized targets and "how-to" plans that make biggest impact on the primary functional OKRs.
